Mike Moore, Ed.D.

CEO/Principal Consultant

Dr. Mike Moore is a higher education researcher and campus bookstore operations expert whose work spans course materials strategy, store modernization, and the future of how students access learning resources. His research on course materials intervention models is shaped by decades of experience leading campus stores, managing transitions, and advising institutions on course materials strategy. This combination allows him to see where the market is moving and understand the operational decisions institutions must make to move with it.

Through MRM Consulting, Mike brings that scholar-practitioner perspective to campus store operations. His research frames course materials decisions within the broader institutional priorities of access, affordability, and student success, while his operating experience keeps the work grounded in how stores actually function. He helps institutions define the future of their campus stores and course materials programs and build the operational model needed to support it.

Mike earned his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Northeastern University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
